This lovely bright red Golf Mk3 1. 4 CL, 5 Door, Mars Red, known as Mickey due to registration number, with the factory option of Power Steering has been with its 3rd owner since 2007 having originally been registered to VW Main Dealer Caffyns from new finding its first private owner 6 months later, whom kept the car for 10 years before changing hands to its last owner, The Golf still wares its original Caffyns number plates and rear screen sticker, Carpet Over mats fitted from new, Space Saver Spare wheel and tools unused from new, Two sets of Original Keys, Just 61, 660 miles and only covered 600 miles since 2017, the previous owner having kept the Golf for 16 years, but has now hung up his driving gloves, but had the Golf recommissioned in December with fresh MOT and new Battery Fitted after having been stored in his garage for the last 3 years. The Golf runs and drives superbly with lovely quiet engine and is in Survivor Condition with excellent interior, exterior is straight and free from rust, just has the odd parking marks, but looks bright and fresh, lovely original under bonnet condition and the only change from new is the fitment of a Radio/ CD Player. Sadly the owner has lost the hand book pack and service record, albeit the Golf supports a number of previous service stickers, but it would be prudent to fit a new Cam Belt and Engine Service prior to use and this service will be carried prior to hand over within the price of £2, 495 or if you prefer to carry out this service yourself we are willing to sell the Golf for £1995! This level of Golf Mk3 are now quite rare and would make an excellent young driver starter classic with cheaper insurance and like all VWs are superbly built and this car still feels tight like a new car. I remember when Mk1 / Mk 2 were this price!
