Description
The Lancia Aprilia was presented to the public during the 30th edition of the Paris Mondial Motor Show in October 1936. The first series of the Lancia Aprilia was produced from 1937 to 1939 in 10, 354 examples, comprising saloons with normal and Lusso trim, as well as 4. 350 cars destined for custom-built models, such as the famous Pininfarina. Two years after the start of production, the Second Series was introduced, characterised by an increase in displacement to 1, 486 cc, maintaining the same power and improving engine elasticity and top speed.
The car maintained a solid presence on the market right up to the last days of production and, in competition, it dominated unchallenged for years in the Turismo class up to 1500 cc: it also won the 1947 Mille Miglia thanks to its powerful acceleration and excellent road-holding. The car we offer you, in 'Lusso' trim and with the 1352 cc engine, is in excellent condition, preserved both externally and internally, always serviced and regularly serviced. Registered in the Lancia Historical Register, eligible for the Mille Miglia, ready to use.
