Description
Arguably this Camargue is the most exclusive Rolls Royce model ever made. Designed by Pininfarina this was also the first Rolls not designed in house at Crewe
At its launch the Camargue was the most expensive British car ever made, it simply exuded luxury, and the term ‘a gentlemen’s club on wheels’ was used to describe her.
Only 531 of these cars were made for the whole world and only a few were produced for the UK market.
This 1986 car was one of the last models ever made. In today’s prices, the car was the equivalent of nearly a quarter of a million pounds.
Delivered new in 1986 to a midland’s businesswoman, she was the only owner until her passing. Finished in Acrylic Willow Gold with a Dark Brown Everflex Roof with the interior being a contrasting Magnolia Leather piped in Nuella Dark Brown. We are told that this is the only UK Camargue produced in this combination.
Sadly, since the original owners passing it was stored in a heated garage for 18 years until the car came into our possession. We then in collaboration with a Crewe trained specialist have carried out a full recommission of the vehicle. The car has enjoyed an extensive list of jobs from a complete suspension overhaul to new tyres and a major service.
Having covered only 42. 000 miles this stunning Rolls in now ready to be taken anywhere and will gain the complete attention of whoever is nearby.
The lucky new owner of this ultra-rare Rolls Royce, will enjoy a fresh MOT a copy of the original paperwork from the factory archives, showing original order, factory build, quality control and the relevant despatch and invoicing to the owner and of course our CMC warranty.
A superb driving car, with incredible original tools and equipment, this is real find.
Where will you ever find another car like this?
