This is a lovely old MGB Roadster which has been in the same ownership for the last twelve years. Prior to this period of ownership, the car was extensively restored and is still in very good condition. The structure and the bodywork are excellent, and it is well finished in the popular MG colour, Tartan Red, with wire wheels. The body panels fit well, including the doors, and it has good sills, castle sections, wings etc. The interior retains its original leather seats, and new red carpets were fitted at the time of restoration. The dashboard is in good condition. The hood has obviously been renewed at some stage, but has not been used much – it is in nice condition with clear back window and is a good fit. A road test confirms that the car runs very well with plenty of power, good handling, smooth gearbox and properly working overdrive. Comes with some paperwork, including old invoices, workshop manual, original handbook, V5C and MOT certificate to February 2025. An all-round good car, well worth the money.
