motodrome are pleased to offer this low owner 1994 Land Rover Defender 110 300TDi County Station Wagon 5 seater
The last owner has had this one since 2005, and mainly used it for travelling between the UK and his second home in Spain. In 2015 it underwent major work by Strathern Engineering with new doors and a full repaint.
Externallythe spec includes daylight running lights in the front bumper, LED lights all round (except headlights – these have been uprated but aren’t LED), Puma bonnet, radiator muff, chequerplate kit, alloy wheels, stainless steel screen blocks, door and bonnet hinges and front badging, sunroof, privacy glass to the rear, rear ladder, towpack, and mudflaps all round.
Inside, it’s fitted with Exmoor trim Modus front high back sports seats. These are heated, but are showing their age (although apparently they’re only 5 years old) in that the leather bolsters are splitting. However they’re supremely comfortable. Also centre cubby box, modern stereo with USB, sports steering wheel, full carpeting and matting, and dog guard
Mechanically standard, and the history file supporting the indicated mileage of 129500 miles is immense, including the original service book with 10 stamps in it, and a fat file of bills back to 2005
the V5 shows just 2 former keepers.
Last serviced (a full service) at the beginning of July 2024, and it drove 400 miles to us.

The previous owner, when he bought it in 2005, was told it had been fitted with a galvanised chassis. 20 years on, there is still evidence of galvanising, but it doesn’t last for ever. For example it had a replacement (non-galvanised) rear crossmember in 2012.
