We are proud to offer the second of two Norton Henry Cole Street's that we have recently had new in at The Bike Specialists. The first of those was snapped up almost immediately which leaves us with this example available and ready to go.
The “Norton Commando Henry Cole Special” a motorcycle created as part of a project featured on Henry Cole’s TV show "The Motorbike Show". Henry Cole the well-known British TV presenter, producer, and motorcycle enthusiast, famous for his passion for classic bikes and the custom builds he showcases.
Our bike has covered just 573 miles and was serviced last by Norton guru Stuart Bodycote at 236 miles where the bike was re-mapped, standard foot controls fitted, and also the air box breather modification carried out. Also included is the leather book pack, two keys and original Norton showroom brochure.
Just 50 examples were produced by Norton to emulate the 1970's muscle bike era. It is based upon the Commando 961 Sport MK2 with bespoke tank, seat unit, handlebars, exhausts, Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes and painted in the black and gold scheme paying homage to the infamous rotary JPS race bikes of the early nineties. The bike will receive a service and fresh MOT prior to sale.
