Not my usual Airhead stock, but a genuinely lovely example of the R1150R, and from a fastidious customer of mine.
It’s hard to believe that this immaculate R1150R is now almost 23 years old. From every angle, it looks as good as any bike less than half its age, and not to be confused with the many shabby, high mileage examples out there.
Originally supplied by Alan Jefferies in September 2002, the bike still retains its original service and hand books, two keys, and showing many service stamps, supported with invoices. Major service carried out earlier this year, including all oils, filters, plugs and brake fluid. Thankfully, this is non ABS from new. Obviously HPI clear. MOT’d till next year.
The pics of the bike are literally as it arrived, after being ridden to my unit, and with no valeting or polishing. Clearly a cherished machine. A lovely thing to ride, and ready to go.
