Franklins Sports and Classics specialise in the sale and service of Lotus Elise Series 1 and 2 cars and are delighted to offer this 2003 Lotus Elise 111S finished in the stunning combination of metallic ice blue over dark blue hide and soft top.
Considered by many as the sweet spot of the series 2 cars for fast road use, the Elise 111S was added to the Elise range to add an extra level of performance over the standard car. The Rover K series engine benefited from a raft of upgrades which increased power from the standard cars 118bhp to 158bhp, resulting in a seriously rapid sports car with the 0-60 dash being completed in just 5. 1 seconds and a top speed of 131 mph. This particular car is also fitted with a superb sounding genuine Lotus sports exhaust.
The stunning ice blue paintwork is in fine order with a deep gloss finish and without any scratches whilst the fibreglass is free from crazing, osmosis or star cracks. The dark blue soft top fits snuggly and operates perfectly and the interior is in equally fine order with blemish free dashtop, an unworn steering wheel and leather seats that remain stain and mark free. Likewise the multi spoke alloy wheels are in excellent condition having recently been powder coated in the correct factory finish and are wrapped in a matching set of almost new Bridgestone tyres.
The car is supplied with an excellent service history file including a ring binder full of invoices and a fully stamped service book.
The car has been fully inspected in our workshop, and as part of our preparation we have carried out a major 'D' service including a new timing belt and water pump.
Both keys are present as is the original book pack.
Supplied with a Motor Check certificate confirming the car is HPI clear and milage verified.
