Owned by the previous owner for over 35 years. Original Norfolk registration number - NG 8010.
Car was subject to a full professional restoration in 1991/ 1992 inc full engine rebuild, still solid throughout.
I believe the mileage of 54, 940 miles (may alter due to use) is the original mileage of the car. Regularly used on classic car runs.
Recent new tyres/ tubes, master cylinder and 2 re-sleeved wheel cylinders.
The car has been faultless in the 1500 miles I have used it. Starts on the button from cold and hot, ticks over smoothly with no signs of exhaust smoke. Excellent oil pressure.
Considering the car was restored over 30 years ago it remains in lovely condition due to it’s limited use. The chassis and wood framework and floors are excellent as is all of the body panels. The hood is excellent as are the side screens. Beautiful leather throughout the interior. Carpets are excellent throughout with no wear. The paintwork is shiny and in nice condition but it is an older restoration with some minor micro blistering on the red bonnet and boot but does not detract from the overall shine.. Excellent waterproof hood with sidescreens.
I believe there are only around 11 of these cars left on the Morris Register so very rare for them to come to the market. Always creates a lot of interested where ever it goes.
Old Buff logbook dating back to 1952 plus old MOT certificates and invoices available.
