Motorcycle completely rebuilt two years ago by a specialist in XLR and XRR (big bill). Everything (engine, frame, forks, shock absorber, wiring…) except the bodywork (because I fancied leaving it in its patina, which is still good!) has been rebuilt and repainted (frame among others).
TKC 80 tyres with 50 km on them, just like the bike since the rebuild.
I bought it in 1986. It has a historic vehicle status (collective/ classic registration).
It has an MOT valid until 25/ 09/ 2027.
The restorer told me it had an excellent engine, punch and good top-end power!
The problem: I no longer have the knees to start it! That’s why it has only done 50 km, it’s still breaking in.
