Vintage and Prestige are Proud to offer this 1949 Triumph Roadster 2000 For Sale.
The same family has owned this stunning example since 1985 where she has always been well maintained and cared for.
Between 2012 and 2014 she was subjected to a meticulous body off restoration and finished in it’s original Triumph Damson Red, (one of the first cars to wear Metallic paintwork) and completed to the highest of standards. This model has covered a mere 500 miles since the restoration.
To look at it is rare to find a car that’s lines make it as magnificent with the hood up or down, but triumph really mastered this with their 2000 Roadster looking sleek and stylish with the hood open closed and even with the Dickey seat and folding rear windscreen open.
On the road the quality really matches the appearance, driving is a pleasure and is benefitted by the introduction of the Vanguard engine, transmission and rear axle in 1948. This 1949 model also had the improved gearbox with synchromesh now also fitted to bottom gear allowing a smooth driving experience.
This Triumph is currently sitting in our showroom in immaculate condition and is ready for viewing.
