1991 Rover Mini Cooper Mainstream in British Racing Green and white. The one area that really stands out on the Mainstream Cooper is under the bonnet. The 1275cc A-plus engine was developed from the unit fitted to the MG Metro. Controlled by a single HIF44 SU carburettor with a 10. 1:1 compression ratio and a camshaft shared only with the RSP model, it produces 61 BHP and a top speed of 92 mph. This example has always been garaged when not in use and it really shows. The underbody condition including the sills and subframes are in fantastic original condition. All of the panels are original as from the factory which is very pleasing to see on a 26 year old mini. It has covered just 25800 miles and it drives wonderfully. It also has 4 spot lights and over-riders on the bumpers plus white bonnet stripes, which adds to the sporty look.
