Welcome to streetdreamstexas as we celebrate our 19th year in the classic car business. Well I must say this is the first 1983 Mercedes 500SEC 2d red sport coupe we have ever owned. Here is your chance to relive the Patrick Swayze days Remember that good looking silver coupe with the wheels he drove in Roadhouse.... This is a very original car that we took on trade from a private party. He has had it for years but not the original owner but he knew the lady that did buy it new. It is a survivor which means it needs a little TLC and we are selling it as is for a low price. The AC is not working but all hooked up. The tires are old and have dry-rotting cracks so we would not recommend driving it very far. It does run and drive ok. He drove it here 35 miles away. This particular car has an unusual cloth interior and is in good condition. What is real neat is she still has all the factory manuals, books and literature, I like this stuff. The wheels are faded a bit. It seems to me that some of the European cars are starting to have a following and are starting to increase in value. I would say this is a pretty rare find.
