This is what it is. What you see in the pics is what you get. There is a bare dash shell that came with it as well.
A starting point lower end project to build over time maybe. There are plenty of parts available online if you hunt them out.

Just landed all duties paid and on the UK NOVA database with DVLA. Old USA Title certificate.
This has been sat for years. Not bad shell straight front end and floors look original. Not plate upon plate mess. Had a bit of smack damage to left rear at some time in its life. Check the pics.
There are many parts now available to assist in the restoration of these cars, including modern upgrades. Start with the basics and build how you want.
