This is an attractive example of the very popular Morris 8 Series E, looking very smart in its red and black paintwork, which was renewed a few years ago. The panel work is very good and the doors fit well. Inside, the leather seats and the door cards are all original and in good order. New bound-edge carpets have just been fitted and the headlining was renewed fairly recently. The chrome work is good and the underneath is good and sound. The car runs, starts and drives well through its 4-speed gearbox, the charging system works well and the willing engine shows good oil pressure. The tappets have just been re-set, so it runs nice and quietly, and flashing indicators have been fitted for safety reasons, although the original semaphores still work with a little encouragement. All ready to go for this year's show season. V5C and good file of paperwork.
