motodrome are pleased to offer this amazingly original 1991/ H Land Rover Defender 90 200TDi soft top, finished in Eastnor Green.
This is one of the first Defender 200TDi’s produced at the factory.
Fitted with: power steering, front bar, towpack, and period radio/ cassette.
It has an odometer reading of 125000 miles, and has had just 3 previous keepers from new. The original book pack is still present, including stamped service book, and there is a sheaf of bills going back to 1995 and old MOT’s back to 2002.
When I was offered this, I couldn’t believe it was as sound and unmolested as it turned out to be. The original chassis, bulkhead, and door frames etc are all utterly superb – it doesn’t appear to have ever needed any welding repairs.
The Eastnor Green paintwork is nicely patinated and fully original (apart from the tailgate) with all the dents and blemishes that a 27 year old Defender should possess, and still has it’s original side decals.
Really sound and un-got at early Defender 90’s are getting thin on the ground now, and this one will be a joy to own for someone who can appreciate it’s charms.
Comes with MOT to April 2019 (no advisories) , and 6 months warranty on sale (in the UK only).
On test it performed absolutely faultlessly. .
