390 cu in V8 Auto. Power steering, brakes, trunk, roof, windows and drivers seat. Auto release park brake, cranked 1/ 4 light door windows, tinted windows, tilt steering wheel and sequential indicators. White bodywork with black soft top and interior.
I imported this lovely Tbird last May and have had several mechanical parts replaced.
New tie rod ends, stabiliser bushes and links, front wheel bearings, starter solenoid, front and rear brake flexi hoses, brake master cylinder and park brake vacuum canister have all been replaced since my ownership. Recent new battery and front lower suspension arm bushes.
The car is rust free, no rotted floors, chassis or outriggers, however there are some bubbles on the usual Tbird places which are on the rear lower quarter panels, but they both seem solid without any holes.
This 65 Thunderbird is the 4th generation Tbird and 1965 was the first year Ford fitted disc brakes to the front.
The car has just had it's MOT and is now exempt from MOT's.
It has been a tough decision to put the car for sale as I still enjoy driving it. Any questions then let me know. Thanks for looking.
