You could buy Colin Chapman’s Plus 2 or Ronnie Peterson’s, both going to be on the market soon. Or you could spend a lot less on this one and get the same special effects.
I bought this car from UK Sportcars, since then I have had a lot done at Paul Matty and Chris Foulds. That includes

The car is running very well and is reliable and mechanically in very good shape, the stainless exhaust note is just right. Some cosmetic issues, commensurate with a 50 year old car but it’s always nice to have something to do. I think if you have run a classic Lotus you will understand. I can go over this with anyone who is interested. Big file of receipts and work going all the way back.
5th gear is a 0. 8 ratio overdrive, so the car can be driven on the motorway and keeps up with the traffic. This is the Ford Lotus twin cam “big valve” offering 128 bhp, out of the factory in 1973 that is.
