BSA B50MX
Matching number frame and engine
I bought this over 7 years ago and don’t know the full spec but as you can see it is a full race classic MX bike . Full CCM magnesium covers, dual plug competition head, marzocchi yokes, akront wheels, vented conical hubs. Without doubt there is extensive work completed from engine ( we assume factory spec CCM ) to suspension but not documented
It kicks over easily ( relative to a 500cc tuned single ) and is an absolute beast. The actual reason Im going to sell as it just too much for me.
Just been completely professionally re-commisioned after spending years in mine and one others collection ( all documented and pictures taken ( including brand new electrex pvl dual plug ignition system , new kickstart, gaskets, throttle, cables, filters, etc )
Both Brand new continental TKC80’s for road/ green lane etc and as new full mx tires
It is an ultra competitive as new built Classic MX bike .
It is not Road registered , never has been.
It can be registered through the BSA owners club with dating cert from frame and engine numbers
Any inspection . I have a video of it runningI bought the bike 7 years ago. It was originally imported from the USA where it had been developed into an extremely competitive MX bike. Its beautiful and a beast at the same time. I sat it in my collection meaning to turn it into a road/ green lane bike . After 7 years I had a professional MX motorcycle restorer re-commision everything . After I got it back and rode it I realised its an out and out competition bike. Aggressive in every way . Im not a comp rider and never will be so Ive decided to sell
