1992 Mazda Mx5 Mk1 (NA) 1. 6 - Unusually Rust free - Never Been Welded - Low mileage 79, 000
I recently picked this little mx5 up locally and was planning to daily drive it through the summer and then sell it before I move up to telford in october but sadly circumstances have changed and I need to free up some funds,
I was drawn to this car when I originally purchased it purely due to how clean and original it is, the previous owner had owned it for 14 years and she only took it out during the summer months, keeping it in a garage throughout her whole ownership. Because of this, and very unusually for a Mk1 Mx5, the body is very original and has not needed to be welded anywhere. As you'll see in the photo's all the arches and sills have their original factory spot welds and are solid. This car hasn't been patched up all over the place like most have. Even the paint in the engine bay is shiny..! It also hasn't been messed with like most and is almost completely standard, it even sits on the original daisies
The mx5 has just had a fresh Mot and is pretty much good to go for the summer, its just had replacement rear disks and pads, replacement rear coil springs, a replacement front coil spring, and a track rod end boot replaced.
The soft top is also in great condition, the plastic window on the rear is very clear and with no splits or tears
