Triumph Spitfire 1. 3 mk4 (1973) in sapphire blue with black vinyl interior. With a modest 108, 000 miles covered and only 6 owners recorded, this Spitfire would make a great first time classic for someone. A very original car with a folder of paperwork including MOT certificates from 1998 to present day to supporting the mileage. The previous owner purchased the vehicle in 1980 and dry stored for a period of 15 years (from 2004-2019), before I bought the vehicle in July 2021.
The sapphire blue factory colour looks striking in absolutely any light, unfortunately some recent water marks the paint on the bonnet (as seen in the pictures) but free of damage. The underside of the vehicle is solid and has recently been wax oiled. The hood was replaced not long ago and is still in great condition. Within the last few years the vehicle has received regular maintenance of the engine, brakes and cooling system. It was serviced and MOT’d in June 2022 even though MOT exempt.
Car now being sold due to arrival of baby and storage arrangement difficulties.
