For sale is my 'regular ride' CB34 which is a simple 1st kick starter hot or cold. It has a nice strong motor and is a lively performer. It's a UK bike with matching numbers and a dating certificate from GSOC, a previous green card log-book & V5. I've owned the bike for a few years and gave it a complete mechanical overhaul around 3 years ago. The motor is very quiet and oil-tight. It now has the reassurance of a NEB billet crankshaft assy, completely new timing-side internals, head rebuilt by Phil Pearson. The transmission was completely refreshed with new chains/ sprockets, a Pearson clutch, rebuilt (STD) gearbox. Wet-sumping is minimal.
The forks are 2-way damped, the brakes are excellent. It;s nut & bolt correct, cad-plated as original. The electrics are all fine (electronic regulator) as are the chronometric clocks. Some modern bits - flangeless aluminium rims and RGS headlight ears and gaiters which to my eye is a nice look. It runs a Mikuni carb but a correct GP carb will also be included in the sale.
Cosmetically, although not perfect, the bike looks (and is) excellent and stands close scrutiny
