1962 Triumph TR3B
** please note I have listed for my father in law, please message me and I will pass on his details to you, thanks **
A TCF series TR3B. The rarest and most desirable of the side screen TR’s. Exported to America as all 3B’s were and imported from California two years ago. Now registered with the DVLA in my name and has the registration number DRS 77A. Some good work has been completed on this car in my ownership. The front suspension has been totally stripped, painted and reassembled with new shocks, springs, bushes, discs, callipers and pads. The wheels have been shotblasted, painted and shod with new Michelin tyres. Engine has been recommissioned and the twin SU’s were overhauled and balanced by an SU specialist. All gauges are working and original with the engine showing good oil pressure. Electronic ignition has been fitted. As for the bad bits, although the chassis is rock solid, a new drivers floor will be required. Also, the front wings, again solid have detached along their lower rear edge.
I have unfortunately lost my storage for this car so we have to part company. A very desirable TR priced to sell.
