Description
Rare 1962 Triumph TR3B. This is a restoration project.
The car was purchased from a long-term owner in California, who had owned it since 1982. It was well maintained and used regularly, but sustained accident damage in 2025. Fortunately, the previous owner walked away unharmed.
Following an impact to the left front, the Triumph came to rest on its right side. The front chassis reference points show a deviation of approximately 1 cm and the right front suspension is bent; the chassis will therefore need to be straightened.
The Triumph still runs and can be driven for a short distance, although the radiator is leaking. The car is believed to be matching numbers; a Heritage Certificate has been applied for and is currently pending.
The car comes with a California US title and Dutch customs document. EU import duties have been paid.
Viewing is possible by appointment at Dandy Classics in Sint Anthonis, the Netherlands.
