Alfa Romeo GTV 2. 0 1982 – I purchased the car from Alex Jupe Motorsport in 2020 and am selling it as it’s not getting the use it should.
Gunmetal grey, 78k miles and now registered as a historic vehicle, so exempt of Tax & MOT.
A lovely original example, with an excellent documented service history going back to the 1980’s, with the original stamped up service book and manuals. The car has never been welded apart from patched inner wings and is solid underneath. The paintwork is good, with a couple of areas of surface rust, including below the rear screen. The interior is in great condition, with very little wear to the seats. It also has a CSC stainless steel exhaust system, the original sought after tool kit and Alfa light bulb and fuse pack. Wheels and tyres in good condition.
Around 2017 I understand that around £10k of work was carried out, including Dinotrol under body wax protection, new braided stainless steel brake hoses and master cylinder, and new clutch hose, slave and master cylinder.
In 2020 Alex Jupe carried out various works prior to my purchase, including the patching of the wings, painting of the engine bay and replacement of gearbox mounts. I have also had the engine mounts replaced during my ownership.
A rare, appreciating classic that has never been driven in the rain during my ownership and in a desirable colour.
