I bought the car in Miami in 2017 as a project. The car underwent a full restoration 2017/ 18 in the US removing a lot of rust and returning the shell to near perfect. The restoration included engine and gearbox rebuild as well as a new interior.
After this the car did a couple of longer road trips through the US until I brought the car to the UK in 2020 where it has been dry stored with occasional road trips in Europe.
Mechanically the car is in excellent order, the only issue I've ever had is a replacement battery.
All rust was dealt with in 17/ 18 and so the car remains in very good order, only being used in the summer months and stored inside the rest of the year.
The interior is in good order, but could use some gentle tidying and the paint has a few age related chips. the only other issue is a cracked boot lid hinge, this was repaired by the side of the road with a borrowed welder, its not perfect and should probably be replaced, but it works for now....
