1937 Morris 10/ 4 Series 2 Sliding head, 4 speed gearbox
Owned by one family 1942 – 2016 - Recommissioned late 1970’s including a respray maintaining original colours. One owner since, only used for weddings/ shows etc.
Good overall condition, always starts and drives well. Original interior, headlining in good condition, operational rear blind and sliding head sunroof. Original rear luggage rack and picnic hamper. Some scope for improvement. Some spares included.
Work in the last five years includes: Front axle refurbished with new kingpins and shackle plates and pins. Front and rear seat original leather cleaned and refurbished to original colour spec. Rear lights wiring completely renewed. Rear brakes re-lined and rear brake cylinders overhauled. Dynamo bearings replaced. LED indicators fitted retaining operating trafficators.
