For sale is my 1990 Escort 16i convertible (XR3i)
When looking to buy this car it was the mot history that first drew me first to it.
It has what i think is the cleanest mot history you are ever likely to see on a 33 year old car with this mileage let alone a Ford Escort.
It also has every mot from new (93 onwards)
Then there was the amount of service history the car has.
The clocks are showing 49k it has been around the clock so its on 149k.
But if you keep reading you will see that almost every mechanical part of the car have been replaced over the years, including a new engine from Fords just 25k ago which originally came with a life time warrantee for the purchaser at the time.
Clutch,

Suspension arms plus lots more.
Next is the body work,
Its had new,
Sills wings rear arches inner and outer,
The car looks to have been wax oiled from new,
Under the bonnet looks to all be original and rust free, same as in the boot.
Driving the car everything works as it should and it drives just like it did back 30 years ago, not much more i can say about that apart from it draws a lot of attention.
The roof is in perfect order manual and mohair with glass rear window.
Also still has the original Ford fitment headlights and spot lights which im told are now quite sort after.
As good as this car is looks and drives please do keep in mind you are looking at a 33 year old car that has lived a life and does have its share of age related marks as people like to say.

Also the drivers door lock does not unlock of the key, But it does lock unlock of the remote.
Overall i think is is probably one of the most sorted cars within this price range.
