Factory built Chesil Speedster who then gave it to ‘Studio G’ (2003) who produced a limited edition ‘Outlaw’ version with a 2litre engine and the stylings you see today and labelled a Speedster 2. This is number 4 from the proposed 25 limited editions produced (hence the bespoke badging). I believe it then became a Chesil demonstrator for two years. History in a large Folder! Then in 2017 was professionally upgraded with EJ20 turbo and modifications by Beechdale Motors... (Correct DVLA designation is essential for legal and insurance purposes on these replicas!!!)
• Installation of a Subaru Impreza Turbo engine (from a 2003 car, known to Beechdale)
• Subaru 5 speed gearbox re-engineered by the renown Fellows Speedshop
• Up rated drive shafts … San Bernadino dragster tensile
• Brakes are all discs
• Rack and pinion steering on specialised ‘Red 9’ front suspension
• Independent coil-over Suspension all round from Red 9 Design (Large sums with receipts/ documentation
• Suspension/ steering geometry set up by Center Gravity, Atherstone (All data present) £K's spent
• Proper heater matrix off Subaru cooling
