Welcome to the sale of my 1969 MK2 Ford Cortina 1600E (Series 2), which I have owned since 2016, Older restoration, the bodywork is totally rust free and is in remarkable condition for a 54 yr old car, original white, resprayed red when restored and on log book, the interior was retrimmed by the previous owner who was a trimmer at Roll Royce, in genuine black bridge of weir soft leather with red piping & was also fitted with matching Wilton carpets, paint work is very good with a deep shine but is not show quality, All gauges and everything else on the car works as it should, new fuel pump, drives really lovely with no bangs, whines or anything else wrong, Really strong engine that runs lovely, (SEE ATTACHED VIDEO) no smoke out of the back, not burning oil or anything else, I have been driving it all week and just did a 80 mile return journey with no problems, car was inspected by Graham Bird of the Ford Cortina Mk2 Owners Club in 2015, (letter available) V5, 4 keys, Chigwell,, Essex, IG7, loss of storage is forcing the sale of 4 cars unfortunately, happy to do a small deal with the right person, £12500, ULEZ compliant.
