1991 Rover Mini Neon 998cc
Here we have a very rare and now very collectible special edition 1991 Rover Mini Neon.
Around 1500 of these were ever produced.
Prior to our purchase this particular Mini had been family owned from 2007. It was bought as an investment, then put into storage from 2010 onwards and sadly for them they had to give it up due to the loss of storage space.
We have a V5, set of keys, old receipts and old MOTs that date back to the mid 90s.
It has 43087 on the odometer and we have mots that date back to 1996 that confirm the current mileage.
It runs & drives but it will need recommissioning
The body is very solid, the interior is in good condition and everything seems to be working.
Bits that need attention: Some surface rust below the headlights, some surface rust to the top of the wings, there is a storage dent on the back n/ s quarter, both doors need door skins or new doors. There may be some age related marks here and there too but overall it looks well for a 33 year old car.
