Very early Volvo P180s, One of the first Swedish Built cars
1\7\1963, Chassis Number 6860 having a Jensen Interior , with a Private Registration, 97FLY, which comes with the Car valued at £10000\12000, original owners hand book with One owner from new up to the point when it was put in to storage, This car was bought by me 2021 after having been stored since 1978 when it was last on the Road, the previous owner had it striped and blasted back to bare metal with all the running parts removed an put in to dry storage, I have totally rebuilt this Car a nut and bolt restoration, I can only put down the work carried out by me as follows.
Body:- The body was placed on a Rotisserie for the Repairs, and Sealed and coated with Raptor protective finish, New Rear inner and outer Boot Panels, Complete Boot Floor, N\side and O\Side side closing panels, Near and offside inner Seat Frame Corners repaired, Nearside and Offside front Complete Floor Sections replaced, Nearside and Side Front Bulkheads replaced, Nearside and offside Front Inner and outer sills replaced, New Nearside and offside front Stone Guards Replaced, All the Window rubbers have been replaced
Mechanical:-Complete Engine rebuilt Professionally, Rebored, New Pistons, Rings, Big Ends, Small Ends, Cylinder Head Overhauled, Water Pump, New Starter, Overhauled Dynamo as original, Heater rebuilt, gaskets, Seals, Points, Plugs, Oil Filter, Exhaust, Overhauled Carbs, New Clutch Plate, Pressure Plate, Thrust Race, Clutch Master Cylinder, Clutch Slave Cylinder, Brake Master Cylinder, All Brake and Clutch Pipes. all heater and water Hoses, Front N\Side and o\Side Brake Callipers, Brake Discs, Brake Pipes and Hoses , Pads, Backing Plates , Hubs, Bearings, Front Shockers, Front Springs, All Suspension Rubbers and New Nuts and Bolts, Servo overhauled, Rear Brake Shoes, Adjusters, Hand Brake Cables, Wheel Cylinders, All New Tyres, All Front Steering Ball Joints And Steering Tie Bars, Steering Column Rubber Donut Bush,
Electrics:- New Horns, New Battery, Fuse Boxes, Battery Clamp, Front Headlamps and Bowls, All Gauges refurbished, Clock Converted to Quartz Movement, Interior Light Lenses, New rear Number Plate Lights, New Rear N\Side and O\Side rear Lights and lenses,
Chrome:-Complete Front Cow Horn Bumper with centre piece, Rear Complete Bumper with Centre Piece , Bumper Brackets Front and Rear, Rear Number Plate Chrome Cover all side and window Chrome had been chromed in the past before storage, and are in very good condition.
interior:- New Jensen Interior Rear Seats and Surrounds N\Side and O\Side front Seats in Leather Jensen Code, N\Side and O\Side Front Door Trims Cards Complete New Head Lining , New Boot Floor Rubber Mat, Spare wheel Cover, rear Boot Sound Deadening Foam, Front Bonnet Sound Deadening Foam, Rear Boot Inner side and back panel covers, Volvo Side Centre Badges, Door Seals inner Door frame and door skin,
