Mercedes 308D (T1) drop side flat bed truck, 3500kg gross. Just gone through Class 7 MOT expires 31. 10. 2024. 4 former owners. My other half acquired it in September 2007. He just liked it, we have never put it to work, it is currently taxed by me.
It was sold to us privately by a friend, the chassis was good and the floor was a bit messy. So a local commercial fitter took the body off and went through it like a fine tooth comb and then put a new floor back in.
There was an issue with the original engine so him indoors bought a minibus same engine ( I do have the tacho from that original vehicle showing the original mileage of the engine) which will be included in the sale.
This engine is a gem runs like a sewing machine, as part of this sale I have included the starter motor, alternator and some other bits which came off the old minibus which has long gone to the scrapyard in the sky she was rotten beyond repair.
V5 present in my name at my address.
