Mega rare car and the ultimate in 1990's French luxury motoring
The car has been owned for the last two years and is a daily driver it is very comfortable and very smooth, however there is a leak in the clutch hydraulics and / or a master or slave cylinder issue and despite replacing it 12 months ago the problem persists and so the car is being sold spares or repair but I will not be breaking the car as I need the whole car to be gone from my drive and it just needs somebody to resolve the clutch issue to get themselves a great piece of French motoring history. It will need towing / trailer away.
The MOT runs out on 27/ 12/ 23 so it will need a new mot as well
Bodywork fine - some light surface rust around rear windscreen wiper and stone chips along top of windscreen / edge of roof.
The car runs, starts, everything works and it has a sumptuous leather interior, a/ c, electric sunroof, windows, mirrors, fully loaded top of the range, also have original radio cd player. At the time it was Renault's flagship model.
Over the last two years it has clocked up circa 8, 000 trouble free miles a year and during that time it has had a few parts replaced including:
fog lights
brake cylinders, discs and pads (rear)
CV joint
tyres
service - oil, filters etc
slave cylinder kit
cambelt replaced 15, 000 miles ago along with water pump
driveshafts replaced at 134, 000 miles
Feel free to come and look - we are in West Mids. Ultimate French Flagship model. Very rare nowadays. I have loved using it as a daily driver as others always wonder what it is. Just needs an enthusiast to resolve clutch issue and get a bargain piece of French motoring history.
