1965 Mk1 Austin Mini (not Morris)
Almond green with snowberry white roof
It was first registered on the 7th October 1965 on a C registration and has had 7 former keepers. There is an A4 ring binder of history with the car but this mainly relates to more recent owners, with a few receipts from the 90s
The car is in very good overall condition with excellent paintwork, which appears to have been recently refreshed. The white roof I would imagine is a non original addition. The underside and subframes are all very sound. The floorplans are very good, with some signs of previous welding, all shown in the photos. The tyres all match and look recent
The interior looks to be original and it holding up well although please note the tear in the rear seat squab in the photo. The carpets are cheap after market items which I would look to replace if I were keeping it.
The engine needs to crank over a few times when cold but always starts first time. It drives very well and the gear change is better than most Mk1's that I've driven
