GENUINE PROFESSIONALLY REFURBISHED / POWDER COATED MERCEDES BENZ E-CLASS W212 W207 C207 5 DOUBLE SPOKE AMG 18" INCH STAGGERED (WIDER REAR WHEELS) SHADOW CHROME X 4 ALLOY WHEELS WITH WINTER TYRES (2 near new).
These are genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and were bought direct from a Mercedes main dealer with original invoice available and at a cost of over £2500 plus tyres and used as a winter set for annual ski trips to Europe in our E350 CDi BlueEfficiency AMG Sport Estate and when not in use were garage stored for the rest of the year.
They are NOT inferior replica wheels which have issues with affecting insurance or your manufacturer warranty.
They have been professionally refurbished/ powder coated by a local wheel specialist, prior to refurbishing they had the usual lacquer peel associated with diamond cut wheels but the car has now been sold.
I opted to go for this chrome effect colour to save diamond cutting the wheels where the lacquer will likely eventually peel off as happened previously. It gives nearly the same effect as diamond cut but without the hassle and in my opinion is better than standard silver.
The wheels have not previously been refurbished (I say this as diamond cutting an already diamond cut surface removes a small amount of alloy to achieve the finish) nor had any welding and were not buckled nor cracked.
The wheels are all fitted with Pirelli premium winter tyres which are near new on the front and part worn on the rears and well within legal limits.
