Descripción
This Saab 900 Convertible has only had 4 owners from new and only covered 67k in its 31 years.
The car presents extremely well inside and out.
Bodywork is in fantastic condition and looks to be wearing its original paint which still has a deep shine, panel gaps a good and all trim is present and correct.
The engine bay has been beautifully kept , the inner wings shine just as much as the exterior.
Under the wheel arches the paint is clean and free from rust.
The electric roof works as it should , it performs quickly and appears to be water tight.
The interior is in great condition throughout and everything works as it should .
Driving the car is as a Saab should be , the car feels solid and planted on the road , of course there is a little scuttle shake that these are known for but to be honest this just adds to the character of the car , the 16v engine is smooth and has plenty of torque and the 5 speed manual gearbox is precise and well suited to the engine.
The ride is compliant and comfortable , this would be a great car for some classic road trips.
The car also comes with a couple of rare accessories, a wind deflector ( which really makes a difference at motorway speeds) and it also has the original plastic cover for when the roof is down.
The previous owner was an avid Saab fan and was a member of the Saab owners club and had collected various pieces of Saab literature that is included in the car however there isn't much in the way of actual service history although looking around the car it's appears to have been exceptionally well maintained.
The car recently passed its MOT with no advisories and is now ready for someone to enjoy the car
