A stunning Yamaha XV535 DX - the top spec - first registered March 2001 in Maroon and Cream with loads of shiny chrome in excellent condition. I acquired the bike on the 23:07:2023 from a mature owner who had owned it for a considerable time. He had kept it carefully garaged and only used it in the dry. The bike had 5 previous owners, not really many in 22 years, and had clearly been well looked after.
I had been an ardent biker for many years, but sold my last road bike about 5 years ago. I decide to have a last fling and bought it to celebrate my 80th birthday in May 23. Unfortunately, I have made little use of it, adding no more than a couple of hundred miles. The problem being the weight of the bike and my poor balance. The mileage now is a meagre 9040 miles which can be confirmed with MOT history. So it is available for sale to someone who will take good care of it.
The maroon paint is spotless complemented by excellent chrome. Front and rear tyres are good and I have recently changed the oil. The bike is equipped with a quality black tasseled leather Roll Bar Bag and matching Tail Bag. It comes with an owners manual and Haynes maintenance and repair manual. It also comes with an Optimate charger which has maintained the battery condition. The vehicle is MOT’d until 10th May 2024 but would be happy to get a new MOT. With new MOT I think price is right and would be reluctant to negotiate.
