928 GTS V8 5. 4L in Guards Red originally delivered to the Middle East, this left-hand drive 928 GTS also features the US-specification side markers. Initially registered on 31 December 1993, was imported into the UK in 2002, by the same owner who had the car in Dubai.
Inside, the Porsche’s interior two front seats have recently been reupholstered with new leather. The rear seats show some cracking and discolouration of the factory leather due to age. The car has been used very sparingly over the last eight years, covering around 900 miles in that time.
Since arriving in the UK, many yearly MOT tests are available with the last one on 8 December 2020, which was a first-time clean pass with zero advisories. Wearing a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tyres, these are date-coded to 2018 and retain around 6mm of tread. Previous documented maintenance was in September 2001 by Al Nabooda of Dubai at 48, 932 miles (78, 750 km). This was a full service with a replacement cambelt and waterpump fitted. Prior to this, regular servicing was carried out in October 2000 at 44, 259 miles (71, 228 km) by the same workshop, with the car also serviced by Behbehani Bros of Bahrain in November 1999 at 38, 019 miles (61, 186 km).
The most recent service was done in 2024 at 50, 553miles with all fluids change and cam replacement.
