2016 Harley Davidson Police Electra Glide, UK bike originally supplied by Bowker Harley Davidson, Preston.
Comes complete with full Police Spec Lighting Equipment, additional Top Box, original taller windshield ( not shown ), working Siren ( very loud ! ), Harley Davidson heated grips plus all other standard Electra Glide equipment such as cruise control, ABS etc.
I have fitted the bike with upgraded Wilbers Suspension front and rear, less than 1000 miles ago, that in itself is a £2000 cost upgrade.
The transformation from the standard Harley suspension is unbelievable, how the Police in the USA ever caught any wrong 'un's riding on standard suspension is beyond me !

The bike comes with all original handbooks, manuals, 2 sets of keys and various invoices for work carried out prior to my ownership.
The bike has a current substantiated mileage ( service and MOT history ) of 7300 miles and in readiness for sale, has just had the following work carried out which would have cost around £600 if done by a Harley Dealer.
Engine oil & filter changed ( using Harley SYN3 oil & filter )
Transmission oil changed ( using Harley oil )
New set of Champion Copper Plus spark plugs fitted.
New set of Continental Conti Tour tyres to replace original out of date tyres.
Comes with a brand new set of Harley Davidson front brake pads ( current pads barely half worn ).
It wants for nothing and is ready to ride.
I'm a qualified mechanic and service my own bikes, have owned Harleys continuously for last 20 years and this isn't my only one.
Prior to my ownership, the bike has been upgraded with Vance & Hines programable Fuelpak and matching silencers.
The bike has great presence in its black and cream Police livery, is supremely comfortable and is certainly no slouch if you want to get a move on. All in all, a great bike for distance riding.
These are quite rare bikes and as far as I can see, this is currently the only one for sale in the UK.
Is it perfect ? No. If you are really nit picking, you will find the odd stone chip and minor tarnishing in places but all in all, I'd say it was in excellent condition.
I take great care of my bikes and I'd go as far as saying that this is a better bike now than when I bought it 2 years ago.
I'd like to sell it but don't need to sell it, just a case of been there, done it, would like to move on to something else.
