1931 Austin 7 RM Box saloon for sale. First registered 14/ 5/ 1931. Bodywork is genuinely immaculate - virtually concours. Prize winner at rallies. Engine re-bored and new clutch fitted about 7-8 years ago - very little mileage since. Bronze 22FZ carb also totally refurbished by professional Austin 7 engineer. Newish heavy duty battery. Tyres OK. Some nice original features like AT201 rear lights with glass prisms, interior light, and possibly the original number plates (cast). Drives very well (smooth). Underneath protected with Waxoyl/ Hammerite mix. Very reluctant sale because of health reasons and resulting lack of use. I bought this car about 6 years ago, and on first observations, the bodywork sold it to me, together with the engine/ clutch/ carb rebuilds. The new owner will get an excellent model to enjoy and appreciate.
