I am offering for sale my Honda CBR 1100 Blackbird in the very best colour of red. I have owned the motorcycle for over 22 years and it has been looked after and treasured by me. I have had the bike since about 4000 miles. I have never pushed the bike at all, it never been dropped or damaged. It has full 12 months MOT as per this last week
The motorcycle is totally original with the exception of it can be seen I have the comfort seat fitted with red piping on the edges which makes it look really smart. I have the original exhausts here with the bike but I was given the Micron end cans so have been riding it with these.
There is only age related marks of the bodywork with no damage to report, the exhaust has slight dent from transporting it in a van and it got pushed slightly. I have also put a higher screen on the bike due to my size. It is so comfortable to ride on any distance.
The bike has always been serviced and looked after, the tyres have very little wear on them as I have not been riding for some time. I have sold several classics as its time to hang up my helmets.
The bike has never let me down and for the price advertised it is one hell of a touring bike and great value.
I have luggage to go with the bike subject to discussion, this consists of tank bag, throw over panniers and rear luggage, the photos show the bike in great condition and would be an excellent value touring bike. It is in my opinion the very best original colour of Red that was fazed out I think in 2006, this bike is now 24 years old and its incredible that it rides and handles as new.
