This LHD car with several other Europas and some E type Jaguars was bought as part of an estate sale in USA by Chuck Hadley of Monocoque Metalworks. He sold all apart from this one as he intended to restore as a father and son project but later changed his mind to do an E type instead. The car was running in 1983 but has been stored until I purchased in 2023 with the original engine dismantled. I had intended to part the car to provide parts for another Europa but it was in so much better condition than anticipated so it has been basically recommissioned, I have also bought a rebuilt Twin cam engine so no longer need the dismantled engine. This engine comes with the car and I believe it to be complete apart from minor items and alternator and starter motor. Carefully check the photos, if you cannot see it it is not there. Currently the car has a Ford Crossflow 1600 engine and original transaxle 4 speed gearbox. Fuel tanks cut open and reconditioned , spotless inside., pressure tested. New front callipers and docs, brake system overhauled, new handbrake cable, new front wheel bearings, new fuel pump, new coil, wheels repoilshed and new tyres. Car starts and runs. Originally blue the car has been poorly repainted.. looks OK from 3 meters

Currently only one fuel tank is connected so cannot test fuel gauge, electric radiator fan not tested, dashboard varnish has lifted in places, indicators need attention. Fibreglass on front LHS has slight damage.
Every thing else on the car works, doors close properly, no hinge problems, seats etc good, only one or two small marks. Car starts, runs and stops. There is brake servo as originally fitted really should have one. Starting has been a problem but I think it was due to me flooding the engine, now I have the system sorted out there is no problem. Electric windows work properly.
Selling as I have sourced all the parts for my other europa restoration and have too many projects. I hope I will have fitted the other fuel tank shortly. Glass is all good. The original twin cam engine comes with the car and I cannot vouch for its condition. It all looks ok but I am no expert. I cannot see any cracks or problems but recommend it be crack tested before starting any work.
I am selling as a restoration project inspite of the fact that it all starts, runs and has been road tested up and down 1/ 4 mile private drive. V5c present.
