I am selling my 1992 1. 6L Eunos Roadster. The car was imported from Japan in 2005, I have owned it since October 2020 and it has 3 previous UK owners. The car is original, with the exception of an aftermarket exhaust (which isn’t loud). Mechanically and structurally, the car is in great condition. Never welded, on original arches and sills, not undersealed either so you can see exactly what you are getting.
The car is on 95, 170 kilometres (59, 135 miles) and has a very clean MOT history. The MOT expires in October 2025. It comes with power steering, electric windows and a/ c (doesn't blow cold air).
The car recently had a full service, including timing belt, pulleys, water pump, thermostat, oil and filter, air filter, spark plugs, coolant hoses and all fluids. All 4 calipers have been reconditioned and 4 new tyres and a new Panasonic battery were fitted.
The car drives great. The interior is in good condition with minimal wear on seats, etc. All drains all clear and the hood is in decent condition. What slightly lets it down is the bodywork, with fading paint at places and a few repairs/ dings on the front wings and doors.
This is the fourth NA MX5 I have owned over the years and I am only selling it because it is not being used. The hard top will be sold separately.
