Description
This very original, usable Sunbeam Talbot 90 was first registered in May 1956. This is the MKIII model that was introduced in 1954 and it utilised the same independent front suspension, strong 2267cc engine and four speed column change gearbox as the earlier models. The Talbot 90 was famous for winning the 1955 Monte Carlo Rally outright and they have a reputation for reliability and durability.
We have just fitted 5 new tyres. We have also replaced the master brake cylinder, fuel pump, oil and filter to get the car back on the road. The car will benefit from a little more to bring back to show condition. This car drives very well and keeps up with modern traffic. The overdrive works and the car pulls strongly in all gears.
