Description
This is a stunning right hand drive DS21 Pallas in Gris Palladium. Registered in 1968, built in Paris for the Australian market where it has spent much of its life. The car has the DX2 engine and a five speed gearbox. This is a rare model with the two tone wave dashboard and the later front with swivelling headlights.
Work done from 2004 to 2020 includes new steering rack and wiring loom, 123 ignition, a new alternator with built in regulator, re-cored radiator and a restored dashboard.
Extensive restoration in 2020 includes a full respray, new Pallas exterior trim and window rubbers, new carpets, re-upholstered seats in black leather, soundproofing to floors and boot, wheels powder coated, extensive wax-oil treatment and underseal and new boot lid. Further restoration since 2020 includes new timing chain and clutch, fitting of a restored period Blaupunkt radio, new water pump, fuel pump and accumulator sphere, extensive steering overhaul and new belly plate and brake ducts. Recent work includes new engine mounts, full restoration of the roof and windscreen channels and windscreen re-fitted with new rubbers.
