Very rare 1978 Vauxhall VX490 FE for sale.
Passed through our family generations following my grandad purchasing all those years back in 1978 brand new. We believe between 900-950 models were made between 1977-1978 with 1978 being the last year they were produced with around 20 remaining on the roads currently.
The car could do with a restoration in certain areas being on the doors and the interior dashboard / centre console. Nothing too major that an enthusiast of these cars would love restoring.
The vehicle is MOT exempt therefore not required however yearly checks of the vehicle have occurred at a local garage.
V5 is in my name & also taxed as a historic vehicle.
Plenty of spare/ original parts as photos will also be included in the sale.
Viewings welcome, we are pretty flexible with times and days. A true throwback car always gets a lot of attention and stands out from the crowd. Cars like these are well gone.
