Bought 12 years ago & slowly restored over that Time to what you see now
Below is a brief description of what’s been done over this time. Runs great lack of use is reason for sale
Body
New wings, front panel, A panels, floor pan, inner wing, new rear arches, rear valence & ends, replacement subframe, inner and outer sills, door steps and full respray.
There is some microblistering on a couple of parts of paintwork & one small blister at the bottom of the drivers door but pretty good for an 11 year old paint job. There are also some paint chips on the drivers door, that’s because it’s a bit tight getting in out of the garage
Mechanical.
850 cc engine with around 53, 000 miles on the clock that runs very well. Unleaded head conversion and also has electronic ignition. Yes it does drip a little oil but doesn’t burn it.
Interior
Newton commercial carpet set & optimise interior seats & door cards. Custom stitch’d headliner. Also has Bluetooth so you can connect your phone.
Tax and MOT exempt in the UK.
Comes with a rear tonneau cover as well.
Lots of paperwork including hertitage certificate.
This was not restored to be show queen and isn’t. Its a cherished vehicle but I’m not afraid to use it as intended. Thats means going to work in it when the weathers good and using the load space to carry stuff and go to the top etcI bought this as a project and have throughly enjoyed it but it just doesn’t get used that much anymore
