This 1965 Ford Cortina 1500 GT has been skillfully and beautifully restored over the last 16 years.
It presents in exceptional condition and has been beautifully finished in Ermine white with Connaught Green striping, in the fashion of its Lotus Cortina big brother. The shell was completely restored and what little corrosion there was, all renewned with new metal. Wheels were completely refurbished and are fitted with new branded tyres alround. External chrome trim and glass is perfect and all new rubber seals and weather seals have been fitted.
The interior is all completely new and presents in exceptional condition. Its finished in black.
All mechanical components have been refurbished or renewned. The engine, gearbox and axels were completely rebuit. Most ancillaries were renewed. This motor-car drives beautifully and as the suspension has also been rebuilt, it rides and handles beautifully. Very refined motor-car ti travel in!
