Part service history until 45k miles at VW main dealer, with services carried out by the previous owner after this, though I have not been provided any paperwork proving this.
The car currently does not have an MOT certificate so will need to be trailered away, I have been informed that the exhaust will need some welding done to pass, as well as the brake pressure regulator being seized (£60 part from Heritage). This very rare Syncro is one of only 650 RHD cars built and has been kept original and is in very good condition for its age, with an unfortunate dent to the nearside wing letting it down as well as the common issue on the MK2s of the headliner glue coming undone causing it to fall off of the backing at the rear.
I bought the Golf earlier this year in July and drove it 120 miles home faultlessly, but another project car has taken up my spare time and this isn't getting the attention it needs. Viewing encouraged and sensible offers will be considered.
